The Virgin Islands Board for Career and Technical Education (VIBCTE) announces that applications are now open for the 2026 Scholarship Opportunities.

Before applying, all applicants must visit the appropriate Guidelines, Instructions, and Forms page to review eligibility requirements and access the correct application.

Students who have previously received an Albert Ragster, Sr. Scholarship must complete the Recurring Student Application Form which is on the Albert Ragster, Sr. Scholarship Page:
