Albert Ragster Sr.

The Albert Ragster, Sr. Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to deserving Virgin Islands students enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. It is administered by the Board of Career and Technical Education.

Eligible students may be awarded full or partial scholarships depending on funding availability. Each recipient must sign a service agreement committing to work in the Virgin Islands in their acquired skill area for a period matching the length of their scholarship benefits.
